CIPLC is an excellent place to live, teach, and learn. We place a premium on finding teachers who have intellectual curiosity, the ability to relate positively to others in the school community, and the commitment to teach and learn from other teachers and students. Teachers must hold a college degree, preferably in the field they will teach, and must have a valid teaching certification. Successful candidates usually have at least five years of teaching experience and a Masters Degree. Faculty members are expected to help continually develop the curriculum of the school, stay current in their teaching practices, and sponsor after-school activities.
